I typically don't leave reviews unless I'm extremely happy, and this time is no different. Josh and Chad were here on time, got to work quickly to find the problem with my heating system, and were very professional. Josh talked me through my options of of either a repair or replacement. Seeing as how my system was 24 years old, and I wanted to sell the house in 2+/- years, the "band aid" fix (MY words not his) was not the best choice, even if it was the less expensive option. He was able to get me a great deal and with zero interest financing. So glad I called this company vs any of the others on Google or in my area. I would imagine that needing to get a heating system repaired or replaced is typically a stressful situation, but Josh and Chad made it so much easier ( and dare I say, enjoyable?) Would not hesitate to call for any services needed in the future and highly recommend this company. They truly live up to the 5 star name!

On arrival customer stated that the fan would blow out cold air but not heat also stated that during the summertime they wouldn’t get cold air customer has a dual fuel hybrid system inspection of the outside when the condenser come on the fan would make a high whining noise indicating that it has started seizing check the capacitor in the capacitor within manufacture specs indicating the motor needed to be replaced
Here for a no heat on a 28-year-old Arcoaire furnace. On arrival found furnace not coming on and flashing a number three fault on the control board. This indicates a pressure switch open. Checked tubing coming from pressure switch to collector box and found the little metal port that the hose connects to is completely impacted so hard it seems like concrete. Was not able to get this port cleared out, this is also very in accessible due to the fact that the hot water tank is installed right in front of the front part of the furnace that is inside the closet sideways facing directly at the hot water tank.

Diagnostic Service Call on 2018 Comfortmaker AC unit. Service work performed: Upon arrival, unit was running and sounded normal. Noticed that coil was dirty, so shut unit off to attach gauges. SuperHeat was found to be quite low. Also unit began to make a racket after a minute then it would die down again. Delta was around 11° Cleaned unit and Superheat improved. Removed some refrigerant, sound got worse. Replaced refrigerant and put in about a pound. What we began to notice was that unit would cycle through. Head pressure would go from 306-435 and the grinding sound would fluctuate as well. Called Senior Management and diagnosed that there is most likely non-condensibles in the lineset that is causing that racket and spikes in pressure. Customer is going to have us out on Monday to pump down system.
