I replaced fuse and installed customer provided thermostat.
Customers system had stopped working. Customer inquired why he had not received his fall tuneup yet. He further advised that Someone told him we would contact him when it was time, and that he had not been contacted. Wondered if his tuneup, would have prevented the problem. System was cycling on and off due to flame sensor which tested 0.042. Pulled and cleaned. Sensor now tests 4.1. Went ahead and conducted the customers fall tuneup and and advised him there will be no charge for the diagnostic. Advised the office that the customer has now received his fall sma tuneup.
