I performed a diagnostic on a Carrier up to 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I found that the breaker in the box was not secured so unit was not receiving proper voltage. I secured the breaker and advised customer if it happens again to call an electrician. The system was fully operating when I left.
I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Everything is operating properly at time of departure.
I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2019 Carrier furnace, I did notice with filter was dirty and recommend replacing. Everything else was within manufacture specifications and unit is operational at departure.
